Hotel Alfa Zentrum - Munich

I was pleasantly surprised by how well-kept my room was and the delightful breakfast made each morning feel special. There’s a nice little bar area for drinks and a cozy lounge where I could unwind after a day of exploring. Just a heads-up, the entrance can get a little noisy at times, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊

The kindness of the staff. We arrived at the hotel at 12:15 with the intention of putting our bags away, since the entrance was not until 3:00. Once there, the girl at the reception desk checked that our room was ready, and allowed us to settle in three hours earlier than agreed. We were very grateful, as we were very tired from the flight. The room is not excessively large, but it has all the necessary elements to make the stay comfortable and pleasant . The cleaning is impeccable. The breakfast is varied, the dining room is cozy, and again the staff is very friendly. And finally to emphasize its location, is excellent, the neighborhood is quiet, in the same street there are many hotels, and is very close to the central station.

While overall the experience has been very positive, there are a couple of details that could be improved. On the one hand, wifi, sometimes goes wrong, on the other hand the pillows, each bed has two pillows, one small and one excessively large, so it is difficult to find accommodation. everything is perfect, everything is perfect.

Street access can be a bit noisy, particularly due to the trains at night. The after-hours entry system feels awkward, with a small side door for late arrivals. The room sizes are on the small side, and the check-in process leads to a few confusing moments.

Excellent location and price/quality ratio. Beautiful and clean room. Despite the fact that it is small, it is so well thought out that it does not cause discomfort. Very warm room and awesome, soft, warm blankets. And two pillows each, one for sleeping and the other for hugging.

Too much in the mini fridge, I think it would be nice to leave more room for maneuvers... After we cleaned up, our pajamas were always in different places. Including the suitcase (it's dirty!), and once on the floor near the chair (I suspect it slipped, but still unpleasant).

Location: Near the bus stop to the airport, near the train station, about 25 minutes on foot to Marienplatz and about 15-20 minutes to Pinakothek. Community transport all around - metro, trams, buses. Next to the Liedle and some other supermarket. Despite the fact that so much is nearby, hotel itself is located on a quiet street, noisy (plus the windows overlook the courtyard). room is clean and everything is in place. For whom it is important - cleaned every day and changed towels every day. room is spacious (I had not a standard, higher), hotel toilet with a sink and shower, there is a glass and a beer can opener; Breakfasts are rich, there is always an omelette, boiled egg, sausages, standard - sausages, cheeses, buns, jams, muesli, yogurts, some fruit, as well as several types of jam, little dried fruit, seeds. Coffee is brought separately brewed - very tasty.

Well, that's not a disadvantage of the hotel. Most likely, my expectations of "winter in hotels in Europe cool" did not coincide with reality. Warm pajamas, a scarf and everything's fine. In December in Munich it's cold and they don't sink like us - that's what we have to keep in mind.

The staff were accommodating, treating us like family. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, giving us a great start each day. Highly recommend!

Fine food, neat and updated room with good beds, a balcony. Super breakfast with variety of delicacies and pleasant staff. Very central location, not too far from a modern art museum.

Hotel Alfa provided an excellent stay with its immaculate cleanliness throughout. My room was modern and very comfortable. The breakfast had a fantastic selection, with attentive staff ensuring everything was stocked and fresh. The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a short stroll from the main train station and local attractions like Oktoberfest. I experienced minor noise disturbances from the street, particularly at night, which could be disruptive for some. Despite the dark corridors leading to the rooms, the overall atmosphere remained pleasant. I appreciated how the hotel lacks hidden fees, particularly for helpful services like luggage storage. Would recommend for its value and convenience, especially if you plan to explore the city.

There was one shampoo in the room used for hand and body cleaning. Also it had a bad smell. The price of the room was high but this was due to Electronica Exhibition.

I have stayed in the triple room with a mini bar fridge, air conditioning, and a work desk. The bathroom is nice looking and the bed is comfortable. Plus, the location is best possible and reasonable, minutes from Old Botanical Gardens.

Lokation is good end near by all public transportations. Nice ad clean rooms even for four of us. Helpfull stuff.

Limited parking place.

The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It was great being so close to the train station for easy strolls around the city.
